This by far is mu go to hydrating toner.
It's suitable for 7 skin method (I have dry sensitive skin), balance you skin's ph level, and when your skin feels very dull and "meh" use this and will be refreshed! I've gone mu third bottle, definately repurchase and highly reccomend this.

I use this at night with my Vitamin c juice and my skins feels so plump and hydrating. I also use this as part of my 7 skin method so that during the cold weather my skin feel moisturized.
