	Not for eyes that water easily
ela...@	The product itself is pigmented when applied on the back of my hand but as I apply it to my water line, it is not as pigmented. It may be because my eyes water easily but the product is affordable and I can slowly build up the pigmentation

sop...@	This is amazing! I tightline my upper lash line with it because it's really tiny and works great for that. It's a bit stiff but that's okay with my because it lasts really long. I also use it to make a little flick and it really has great lasting power and pigmentation. Will be repurchasing.
