This was the first time I used a watery toner and honestly it just feels like another layer of water. I guess it did help to retain some moisture after cleansing. But I mainly used this to remove the remaining impurities on my skin using a cotton pad.

This is so runny it feels like applying water. I'm not convinced it did anything after finishing the entire bottle, but it didn't cause any problems with my skin and layered well with other products.
