I slap on a thick layer of this on my face before bed and wash it off when I wake up. Though honestly my face absorbs most of it while I sleep. Or maybe my pillow does. Either way my skin appreciates it and I no longer feel like the corners of my mouth or between my eyebrows got flakes.
