The removing liquid soaked in the cleansing tissue is quite good for removing base makeup, but I have not tested it on eye makeup with waterproof mascara and eye primer. It is not drying at all (I have oily skin). I prefer this cleansing liquid over the western brands available in Australia, however the only difference is these cleansing wipes are about half the size of Western brands cleansing wpes
