It helps out but it's not life changing. I honestly feel like you can just an exfoliator and it'd do the same thing. I don't think people need this.

Gets out nose sebum well. Can see and feel that it removes little bumps/pills from the nose area. Might be too harsh if you have sensitive skin though.
