I got a variety of colours from this brand as etude house often has sales on this site. The product is definitely watery but i wouldn't call it a "gel." If you a dry lips i would recommend exfoliating your lips before using the product as it won't do the product justice. It will cause it to bleed into the inner part of your lip and only stain the full colour and looks like you were bleeding instead of wearing a cute tint. Otherwise, it's a very nice and playful tint to use; if you get multiple colours some colours are great for summer and the other for fall.
