Good basic toner |

I love this toner for its soothing & hydrating properties!
And this toner perfectly pairs with any active ingredient such as retinol, vitamin C or Aha/BHA.
Also it’s good to use in bad skin days, then it’s important to take a break and restore the skin barrier (irritated, rough, dryness, hormonal breakouts).
