Very hydrating, and I have been using this for a long time and never fails. It last for a very long time as well, usually use in the morning and night time.

This is a heavier hydrating toner and I can only use it in the winter months. I can also only use one layer as more leave my skin feeling sticky.

My last favorite was Son & Park Beauty Water and I pretty much settled with it but then a friend recommended Pyunkang. This toner literally absorbs to my skin the minute I apply. It doesn’t give me the tingling feeling even the slightest like Son and Park. I even bought a second bottle a few weeks later for traveling.
