This essence toner isn't as moisturizing as it's viscosity might suggest (it's an essence texture). It pats in really quickly and is just very lightly hydrating. I normally layer it with another hydrating toner before following with serums and moisturizer. Not heavy at all, but doesn't really have any major effect other than prepping your skin for next steps.

I really wanted to love this product since the ingredient list is short and simply, but the essence doesn't agree with my skin at all. I tried giving this product time to settle in and see how my skin reacts to it, but in the end I only ended up with closed comedones and more acne.

It's thicker than usual toner I use ... not causing any issue for my skin ... I think it's a good toner, but not sure if I will re-purchase ... I have other toners to try.
If you have sensitive skin, give this a try
