I could say that this toner is perfect for all skin type. Because all skin types need hydration. Pyunkang Yul essence toner is a famous toner among skincare enthusiast, and I'm glad to try it too. I have dry skin type, so I like to use this toner for 7 skin method or CSM. It also can calm down my skin when my skin got iritated by high concentrate of actives ingredients.
