It's better than lip-balm. It's not only moisturizing, it has some tint and makes your lips look healthier. It's not clinging to dry skin as other tinted lip-balm usually have. I would purchase this again!!

it's not too shabby for a lip moisturiser. it's just not the kind you would use like a lip balm or intensive lip care. it's basically perfect for a quick swipe of colour during the day. your lips should be nice and supple as long as you keep a lip balm on top on this lippy.
