The product has pictures directions but no English description. At last step, I didn’t know how long the product should stay on my heel, so I wore it over night and took it out in the morning. The part contacted with mask looked good but the edge tape was very sticky and had some residue.

I used this on my heels and it worked well. I had a bit of trouble getting it off, but that was okay since I was happy with the results.
