It is recommended to pamper your feet as well, that's why I bought this product. I actually tried a lot of foot mask before, and this is is just so mild. After 2-3 days my feet starts peeling and at day 5 my feet go back to normal and smoother. It does what it claims so I will recommend it! 

My hands are very dry but this mask felt nice when i had it on and it made my hands smooth and soft.
