hoa...@	It has a split mixture that you should shake it and then use. There is no burning, but there is a light citrus scent which I adore. My skin is less irritated, and the serum hydrates really well. My skin feels moist after using this. It feels a little oily, but not much. I will repurchase. I have acne prone dry skin.
