I’ve used better makeup remover. It stings my eyes a little. Better than micellar water if you have to compare but still needs a bit of rubbing to get water proof mascara off.

This removes waterproof mascara and makeup well. I usually hold soaked cotton on my eyes for at least 10 secondsz I don’t have to rub hard to get rid of the mascara or eyeliner.
