It certainly does not come off and is waterproof. But it’s very hard to get off and I have eyelash extensions.

I only received one of the liners :( I was kind of disappointed, because I do really like it. But I guess because I have oily eyelids and I am constantly moving at work, it fades, splotches, etc., really quick.

This eyeliner is the only product that will stay in my waterline without fading throughout the day, I like this product better than the Kat Von D liner and this is half the price. I've used this for years and have repurchased multiple times
