I am not sure it smudged because of my hooded eyes but I enjoyed the product fairly. It was nice to use the small wand to go through all the lashes to make your eyes pop!

The brush stick is very skinny so it is difficult to use, as it could not hold on to it whenever I applied it on eyelashes.
