Helps hydrate under eye area. Didn't feel it did much for dark circles but that wasn't really a concern, I wanted more hydration and help with fine lines, which I feel it did.

Nothing particularly good or bad about this - it feels like it hydrates my under-eye area and is not irritating at all. Got it for a very good price here too.
