In the times that I've used it, I notice my eyes look less puffy and the skin I apply to looks better. But, maybe it's because of my other skincare and the mask wearing, I've had some pimples pop up closer to my undereye area too. I stop using it when there are pimples in my eye area just to avoid any additional irritation. It is good otherwise tho.
