This is thinner and more watery than the other cica toner from Cosrx. It is the perfect between layers mist! It’s is simple, hydrating and fragrance free. I always purchase this when it is on sale. A stole for years now.

This toner really changes my skin from being very sensitive to calm. Now I find it easier to try new products without any breakouts and my skin texture also improves gradually. I’ve purchased 4 bottles so far and not going to stop any time soon. Highly recommended!

I have combination/sensitive/dry skin so I'm finding toners are not for me as they seem to dry out my skin since it's already dry... I also find that it makes my skin slightly irritated and red after applying toners.
