I used this cream for the first time last night and although it's too early to see major changes to any blemishes, I did notice that my entire face was VERY bright the next morning! I noticed that some blemishes had dried out a bit (though this could be due to my retinol) but a definite brightening effect. I definitely believe this should be used in the PM because it does leave a white cast and can pill a little.

Good for smaller blemishes if used over a long period of time. It didn’t really remove my bigger, deeper scars and it definitely will not give you ‘immediate’ results. But if you use it for an extended period then it will make your skin smoother/blemishless.
