I actually bought this for a friend whose acne has been getting worst due to stress and this cream helps her a lot. It did soothe and calms her pimples.

I wouldn’t say it treats acne but definitely prevents it and repairs damaged skin (thanks to the zinc oxide). My acne scars have greatly improved since the use of this.
Can be used as a sleeping mask on top of moisturizer and/or used on specific areas to target acne under moisturizer.
Overall satisfied
