I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. When I get a huge zit, I put this overnight and the break out is minimize. It does not completely disappear overnight, but it soothes and calm the breakout. I highly recommend it. I sometimes use a small amount and put it all over my face.

I could see immediate results after I use this cream. My acne is less inflamed and blemishes I have tend to fade faster than before. I really recommend this product especially for sensitive skin.

In general a decently effective as a spot treatment. It would be better to use overnight since it can leave a white cast, but for me, there is a noticeable difference from when I use and versus when I don't use it. There is a slight herbal scent, but it's not unpleasant. I recommend it!
