In general a decently effective as a spot treatment.  It would be better to use overnight since it can leave a white cast, but for me, there is a noticeable difference from when I use and versus when I don't use it.  There is a slight herbal scent, but it's not unpleasant. I recommend it! 

It might have calmed down inflamed pimples but I think pimple patches work a bit better.

This product was okay because I didn't used it that much. I didn't feel that it made a change to my face.  

A very cooling cream for redness, and acne. Helps heal and great for spot treatments at night!
 

This is a good moisturizer for combination/acne prone skin.
