Does what I want: breaks down makeup and emulsifies with water. I do feel like it can leave a film if my water isn't warm enough and I'm not crazy about the scent. I like it because it's often on sale and just works.

I was scared to try it out bc I break out with any oil-based makeup remover but this melted everything away and i didn't break out ... alittle goes a long way
