Big enough to fit your lips and the area around them. Has a nice berry smell. My lips did feel hydrated afterwards. It feels like jelly so I'm sure if it was placed in the fridge prior to application it would give a nice cooling sensation. My only issue is that you have to lay flat while using this as it will slip off otherwise as there is nothing to make it adhere to your lips
