I love hydrating toners, this is one of my favourite, it has licorice root extract and will help with skin brightening. However, Dr. Jart, please remove the fragrance.

Use like a serum, or essence. So soothing, hydrating and fortifying. Great for winter or conpromised skin. Would recommend to everyone.
