Absolutely love this toner for quick hydration and moisturization. I tend to use this as a toner face mask with cotton pads for a quick recharge of hydration to the skin.

Love this toner along with the whole ceramidin skincare line from Dr. Jart. Very moisturizing and lightweight. I typically use this as a mask as well with cotton pads soaked in the solution.
