This treatment toner, along with the rest of my routine, has totally changed my skin for the better. I have to knock on wood here, but my skin is calm, hydrated, and clear. I apply this mist morning and evening after washing my face. I let my face drip dry, spray four times while it's still moist (forehead, each cheek, chin/lower face), then apply my serum or scinic all-in-one. I don't rub it in or use a cotton ball; just let it do its thing. I recommended it to my over-exfoliated mother and she's had the same experience. We were both overusing Retin A and had very sensitive, slightly rosaceaed skin. This is now our only exfoliant, physical or chemical. We are both super pleased! I saw some reviewers worried that they were sold bottles of water. I certainly wasn't; if this gets in my tear ducts, I feel a slight burn
