i use this everytime i get a break out or if i feel a break out is coming! leave it on for a whole day or two and all the icky gue comes out onto the sticker !

Does what is says is does. Put one on your pimple when you go to sleep, and it will be almost gone the next morning. Takes down the swelling and redness of the pimple.
