On some pimples it works like a dream but on some other it doesn't have any other effect than irritate them more. The next morning I can see the marks of the patch. I have to hydrate my skin thoroughly otherwise the dry patches left by the patch looks horrible with makeup on 

loved these. kind of gross how they suck the pus out of pimples, but very effective. make sure to use after acne turns white and not just when its a painful red spot or else the patch can't pull the pus out
