I use this pack once or twice a week and it makes my hair softer and straighter. The only con is that I tend to go through the mask quickly as my hair is long and that the product comes in a tub (I would prefer a squeeze tube for something I use in the shower and therefore often expose to water/moisture often even if I use a spatula).
