whenever i use it my skin feels much better in the morning and since i started to use it under makeup too it applies better and makeup doesnt irritate my skin.

I bought this as a substitute for the SK2 toner - really doesn't come close by I think this is pretty good for the price.
It's hydrating and leaves a thin layer on the skin to hold moisture in.
Also great to use as a mask pack.
