The item received is complete and covered in a bubble wrap. This is the first time I'll be trying the product and luckily it did not fail me. I really love this Tony Moly primer as it gives me a matte look and my oily skin is no longer visible. Plus, it comes in a very cute packaging. An egg bottle.
