Definetly matte finish. Softens, blurs and brightens. Puff is junky-but I use a buffing powder brush. A little drying, but its powder. Packaging is small and compact really convenient.

This product really helps blot my oily face, especially around my T-zone area and leaves a really matte finish. The puff that comes with it is also really fluffy and soft.
