The brush is small, soft, and flexible, so if you are decent at putting on liquid eyeliner, then it's pretty easy to put on. The grey almost looks black in certain lights and dark, dark blue in others, but I still like the color. It is not water-proof, which makes it easy to fix if there are any mistakes, but it doesn't smudge either.
