I like to use an oil-like product in my long hair, to tame the frizz and keep it manageable during drying/combing. This product does what it says, while smelling amazing. Although I have not noticed any active changes in my hair, it does make fly-aways rare, and combing much easier! I usually put most of the product before drying my hair (to make combing through easier - which makes drying quicker), and after, if needed, I put it in to tame those extra rebellious locks. It has never happened, but I have the feeling that if you put too much in (especially if it is close to your scalp), it will look oily. However, use it in a 'normal' way, and you should not have a problem. It leaves a delicious smell, especially if you let your hair air-dry!
