i use this sleeping pack as the last step of my K-beuaty skincare routine at night. I especially use it during the winter when my skin is much more dry due to the cold weather. When I wake up the next morning and go about my day, I find my skin doesn't show any flakiness or dryness. In the winter, I usually find that even when I put tons of moisturizer on during the day, my skin still tends to flake. I noticed that when I use the sleeping pack the night before, my skin does not flake.

Even tho it is a sleeping pack, I tried to use it under my make-up for some extra moisture throughout the day because this is my favorite creme, and it worked great! So this can be used as a base under make-up.
