I used it 3 times a week. I would recommend to use it after the shower so that the pores are opened and the white heads can come off easier.  

This is a good blackhead kit but i prefer the stronger one but still for light blackheads i recommend this.

It helps to clean a bit of my blackhead, so far its the best blackhead product I have used.
