Hey guys! I’m back with a new review and swatches blog post featuring one of Korea’s latest brand, Heimish Cosmetics!

About Heimish Cosmetics…

Heimish is a new Korean cosmetics brand that was launched in March 2016. Rather than opulence and luxury, Heimish focuses on colors and products that can be incorporated into our everyday lives. In fact, their tag line is – Finding the Special in the Ordinary. Heimish expresses a modern and chic style with common and natural makeup to realize “No More Normal“. It is a common makeup that anyone can use. It effortlessly draws attention and can win one’s heart even if applied lightly. It should not be “your makeup” but “YOU, wearing the makeup” that grabs attention.

Let’s start off with the “dailism” Lovesome Brink Eye Palette.

Generally, these eyeshadows have decent color payoff. They are very soft and “light”. The colors do show up on my fair skin (usually shade 21). But they aren’t pigmented as Makeup Geek Eyeshadows (for comparison sake). They are your typical Korean eyeshadow quality, just as the brand slogan suggests, it’s perfect for everyday use!Having said that, this does not mean that they are of bad quality. The colors stay well on my eyelids throughout the day (used Urban Decay Primer Potion). The colors are very pretty and I’m a fan of pink eyeshadows. I think these shades complement very well with a bolder lip shade (Pics below), as it allows the lip color to be the star of the show.

Overall, a decent and pretty palette! Definitely worth trying! As for my favorite shade, it has to be “Granita” It has great pigmentation and looks like foiled eyeshadow.

Moving on to the “dailism” Mineral Rich Lipstick in Good Day-Trip, this lipstick as the name suggests, is creamy and pigmented.

There is great color payoff. Overall beautiful shade (pic below). Also, it leaves a nice stain on my lips which I totally appreciate! It didn’t cling onto my chapped lips as well. Perfect for days when we do not have time to look after our lips or simply just get it because the shade is so pretty! I would definitely recommend this lipstick as well, plus they have a nice selection available
