Q : Style Korean business hours
A : Monday ~ Friday AM 9:00 ~ PM 6:00 (GMT+9) (closed on National holidays)

A : Please contact the Style Korean Customer service team immediately via phone or our message board. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after completions, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Q : Ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses
A : If your order contains beauty items, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses because some beauty items may contain alcohol as an ingredient.
Q : Unclaimed parcel returns
A : If the parcel is returned to the Style Korean warehouse because it was unclaimed, you will get a refund for the order minus the cost of shipping cost. Sadly, we cannot refund shipping costs.
