Doesn't irritate my eyes |

I heard Soo Beauty mention this as a super cheap makeup remover. I like the light blue color and the milky consistency. I've been using the Garnier micellular water in the blue cap and that removes everything; however it leaves an oil feeling afterwards. This feels more gentle and doesn't leave that residue behind but this has a tougher time with my mascara when I lay the Etude House Mascara fixer on top.
