One of Etude's Best |

Etude House is a really good brand. It does have it's best and worsts though. But this is for sure a best. Not only is it cheap but it works really well. Just put it on your eyelid and it brightens the pigmentation of your eyeshadow a lot. I totally recommend this as a holy grail.
