I haven't tried other eye primers yet, so I do not know if this primer is the best. The eye primer does glide smoothly on my eyelids but I don't think it helps my eyeliner stay un-smudged.

The applicator is like the ones of lip glosses. I don't have to use too much and it is very lightweight.

It's a good primer for the price. It does help my eyeshadow and liner stay on longer. This is my second purchase and I recommend it if you are looking for a more affordable option.
