sym...@	Like the few Tocobo products I've tried so far, I liked this one. Compared to the rest of the collection, I find that it provides more of a brightening effect, possibly because of the quartz water. I don't usually prefer glittery things in skincare, but I don't mind my under-eye areas looking slightly quartzy.

aiz...@	I like this because of its cooling effect. Goes to the morning routine coz its lightweight, nonsticky and easily absorbed. Moisturizes and hydrates just fine. I enjoy using this generously coz its calming and refreshing. Its like a splash of cool water. Kinda helps make my eyes feel a little more awake and brightened.
