I bought this toner to try it out as it is always called the number 1 in korea. This is a great everyday toner especially for morning time. It makes my skin look smooth and plump and gives a little bit of hydration. It is definitely not a hydrating toner but it is good especially for oily skin.

Just nothing special about it, didn’t feel much of a difference and also had some weird smell. Luckily I didn’t purchase a bigger packaging
