Does not taste bad (not delicious either but eatable) and melts fast. I've been taking them for over a month and I do see my pigmentation lighten a bit. I know that I require many more months to see real results. So far I am happy with this purchase. Also I read that glutathione is best eaten so this is the best way to go.
