Left hair clean. I do think this is best for every other day washing, I don't think my roots stays oil free long enough for bi weekly washing with this set. Every other day, which is great during the summer and sweat and pool time.

trying for the 1st time. makes my hair manageable other than that i dont see any difference on my hair. just give it a try and its a small bottle maybe need to continue using to see the result.

I use this conditioner with the same brand shampoo and it goes well together. This is just a regular conditioner. I didn't notice anything special, could be more moisturizing.
