this is my second one and I love how easy this is to use. it's super gentle and take the makeup right off. make sure you follow-up with a double-cleanse!

Perfect for first cleansing step ... it melted in hands and easy to emulsify upon contact with water. Face feels clean and not oily.

This is best used as a double cleanser, use this balm and then followed up with a foam cleanser. By itself, I don't think it is enough to cleanse my face, especially if I have sunscreen on my face.
